Galliano for Christian Dior S/S 2005 Teal Pleated Silk Jersey Dress

This Christian Dior dress was designed during John Galliano's tenure for the Spring 2005 collection. Made with high-quality silk jersey, the dress has a shirred bodice and a halter neckline. The silk jersey is a beautiful shade of turquoise, aqua, green, blue, teal, etc. Absolutely elegant. The boned bodice enhances the fit along with a full skirt. The runway dress shown in the final photo is far more elaborate and it's fabulous to see the interpretation of the runway in a color borrowed from the same collection. Excellent vintage condition.
