Bouquet Garni (Pack of 5)

Our bouquet garni are hand made here in Lancaster. Bouquet garni combine bay leaves, thyme, celery and other herbs to create a powerful, sweet and fresh flavor. The small sacks are great to toss in a soup and forget about (but don't forget to remove before serving). Perfect for someone who enjoys the flavor of dried herbs, but doesn't necessarily like the texture. USES: Use in soups, stews, stocks, bouillabaisse or cassoulet. It will work in many things that call for a variety of herbs.
