This clearance listing is for a single variant only – 110 x 60 x 110mm, supplied exclusively as a pack of 12 sleeves, making it ideal for contractors or projects requiring multiple penetrations. Each sleeve is manufactured from galvanised steel and lined with a graphite-based intumescent material. In the event of a fire, the liner expands rapidly to seal the duct opening, maintaining fire compartmentation and helping to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. Tested to BS EN 1366-3:2009, including uncapped (U/U) duct configurations, the sleeve provides up to 2+ hours fire resistance in suitable wall constructions, including 100mm stud partitions with thin-wall ducting. Designed for straightforward installation, the sleeve requires no mechanical fixings, allowing for a quick, clean fit in both new-build and retrofit applications. To support compliance and installation standards, 1 tube of fire-rated mastic is included per pack of 12 sleeves, built into the price.
