While designing the Statement DC MK II cable, we were not satisfied with the GX16-4 Aero-grade connectors that we find on the market. While providing a secure connection, even the high-quality ones use brass contacts and plastic dielectric that compromises on sound quality. Hence, we decided to design our own true audio grade GX16-4 cable socket to address all these issues. Proper solder contacts for the best cable connection. From our testing there is simply no comparison for the PLiXiR GX16-4 over its conventional counterparts.
