Your Stay at ”The In-Between”: You have the whole ground floor, consisted of 2 connected/independent apartments, with a large yard, perfect for large families or friends. It is built in the coastal countryside, within a fenced 10,000m² estate, offering plenty of space, tranquility, and nature all around. Just completed in 2025, the property consists of two independent apartments that can function either separately or as one unified space, thanks to a connecting door. Both apartments are brand-new, modern, and designed with comfort in mind, each featuring its own private entrance from the spacious courtyard in front. Fully accessible for guests with small children or people with mobility needs (ADA-friendly). Whether you’re traveling with family, children or friends, this flexible setup offers both privacy and connection — ideal for your stay. Each apartment unit includes: 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 bathroom with a shower 1 living room with a kitchen, dining area and a sofa bed (sleeping area 150X200cm) that can accommodate two additional guests (each apartment sleeps up to 4 guests) For larger families or groups, the two apartments can function as one large unit, as there is an interconnecting door between them. Each apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: ✔Kitchen amenities: Cooking utensils, two electric stovetops, an air fryer, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. ✔Βed linens and towels ✔Laundry & Climate Control: A washing machine , air conditioning in the living rooms, a ceiling fan in the bedrooms, and underfloor heating for winter stays ✔ Hot water all day from solar energy systems ✔Outdoor Space & Amenities The courtyard in front of the apartments is spacious and equipped with: Table, chairs and sun loungers for relaxation, BBQ area for outdoor cooking. We also provide additional sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas to take them with you at the beach. In this newly completed space, we’ve done our best to include everything that will make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. But in case we’ve missed something or you need anything extra, we’re always nearby and happy to assist you! We live on the upper floor, but your privacy is fully respected, as we usually use the opposite side of the property for our outdoor space. Besides, the entire estate is large, and you are free to explore and enjoy all its open areas. Children will also enjoy plenty of free place to play. Free parking is available on the property, so you can safely park your car within the estate. We love animals and welcome your pets! However, if your furry companions are not used to staying in new indoor environments without causing damage, we kindly ask that they remain in the outdoor courtyard area, right in front of your entrance.
