Formula 1 shake Give the canister a gentle shake; the powder can settle. Add two scoops (26 g) to a shaker or blender. Pour in 250 ml cold semi-skimmed milk, or 250 ml fortified soya drink if you prefer a dairy-free mix. Shake or blend until smooth. Enjoy as a meal replacement shake at breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can also mix Formula 1 with Protein Drink Mix and water, as the canister label allows. Instant Herbal Beverage Stir ½ teaspoon (about 1.7 g) into 200–250 ml hot or cold water. A typical day is one or two cups — for example with breakfast, or as a mid-afternoon cup. This drink contains caffeine.
