NV Charmat Rosé

Introducing our inaugural Charmat Rosé – 61% Chardonnay, 24% Cab Sauv and 15% Cab Franc; a sparkling wine that's true to Rosewood, not a mimic. Instead of adding sugar post-fermentation, we used the wine's natural sugars to create bubbles, resulting in a “Brut Sur Nature.” Think ripe berries bursting with freshness, balanced by bright acidity. The wine is full and ripe without being overly sweet, wrapped in a smooth, sparkling package. We’re thrilled with this new addition, perfectly matching our vibrant personalities. Vive sparkles!
