Unlike a crew sock, the wide ribbing expends all the way to the toe, like a traditional English rugby sock. This heavyweight chunky sock is made from 90% cotton, reinforced with 10% nylon, and made on a 1977 Bentley Komet sock machine from British spun cotton.
