Stopham Bacchus, 2025, 13%
English wine just gets better and better, and this is another cracking example from West Sussex, the jewel in the crown of English wine 'terroir'. One of the earlier examples of wine grapes planted in England, due to its ability to ripen in our colder climate, this is floral on the nose with orange peel and grapefruit on the palate. It has moderate acidity with a touch of sweetness. Pairing: try Asian food.
