ENO Enosign 65 Gas Griddle, Navy Blue

The ENOSIGN 65 is a gas plancha with a solid cast iron cooking plate — no grates, no gaps. Shrimp, scallops, thin steak and vegetables all cook on the same flat surface, and fat drains off to a tray instead of dripping onto the flames. The plate is 7 mm enamelled cast iron, warrantied for life. Two burners are controlled separately, so you can keep one side hot for searing and the other lower for vegetables. It preheats quickly to 680°F, adjusts down to 300°F, and has enough surface for six to eight people. The navy chassis is powder-coated galvanized steel, made to resist corrosion and UV outdoors.
