WOODEN RINGS There likely isn’t an athlete with a better-developed upper body than the gymnast. A gymnasts command over their own body is unrivaled, and for this reason gymnastics should be a major part of your training. Gymnastics movements have hundreds of scales, and with the use of some creativity, gymnastics can be adopted into any strength program, regardless of fitness levels. Our wooden rings have an Olympic standard width of 32 mm, feature compressed and smoothed hardwood for a sure grip and natural feel, and use heavy duty nylon straps and a steel clamp system to ensure absolute safety. These rings can endure any gymnastics movement you can throw at them.
