Summer Thunder
The boldest of our three summer releases, this blend of Ethiopian sun-dried, Nicaraguan, and Brazilian coffees is bright on the surface, with an underlying note of rich volcanic soil. Part of the ongoing collaboration between our expert roasting teams in Brooklyn and Japan, each component here is individually custom-roasted before blending, creating a vibrant cup with strong notes of tropical fruit like papaya and pineapple. A little nutty, a little earthy, 100% resounding energy.
