Configure a Custom BTR LS Trinity Intake

Build a custom Brian Tooley Racing Trinity intake for a Gen III/IV GM LS engine combination. Select the plenum and runner pair that match the installed cylinder-head port design. Assembly is required; this is not a universal bolt-on intake.Required package contents One selected BTR plenum Two matching runner sections One TRHK LS installation hardware kit Eight matching intake-port O-rings: #146 for LS3/L99 runners, #149 for LS1/LS2/LS6 cathedral-port or LS7 runners Fuel rails only when selected Cathedral-port, LS3 rectangle-port and LS7 runner choices are not interchangeable. Match the actual heads on modified and swapped engines, not just the original vehicle badge. Verify throttle-body pattern, injectors, fuel rails, hood clearance and calibration. Injectors, throttle body, crossover plumbing and tuning are sold separately. Burst-panel-provision plenums do not include the panel, frame or duct.AvailabilityOn September 22, 2026 BTR showed seven #149 port seals, fewer than the eight needed for a complete cathedral-port or LS7 kit, and one TRR-7-BLK-V2 runner, fewer than the required pair. These configurations may need partial backorders. Confirm current lead time before scheduling installation; no guaranteed ship date is implied.Natural cast components can vary in shade. Custom combinations should be compared with complete off-the-shelf intakes for the required contents and final price.Rail selection and installationSingle-injector runners use FRK-02 or FRK-02-12 rails. Dual-injector runners use FRK-2I rails; standard single-injector rails are not a substitute. Selecting No rails requires you to supply the matching rail system. FRK-02-12 and FRK-2I fuel-line fittings are not included. Dual-injector runner clearance limits injector body diameter to 0.8125 inch. LS truck accessory drives do not clear this Trinity intake; confirm a compatible accessory layout before ordering.Shipping estimateFor checkout estimates, this custom component package uses a provisional 30 × 16 × 16 inch carton with 1 lb carton tare. Estimated contents weight is 30.5 lb without rails, 35.5 lb with FRK-02, or 35 lb with FRK-02-12 / FRK-2I. This combines BTR catalog component weights with a small seal/packing allowance, not a manufacturer-certified packed measurement. Select the manifold that matches the installed cylinder-head ports. These are performance installations requiring the clearance, accessory-drive, injector and calibration checks above. 2010–2015 Camaro SS (LS3/L99), 2008–2013 Corvette Base and 2010–2013 Corvette Grand Sport (LS3), 2008–2009 Pontiac G8 GT (L76), and 2009 G8 GXP (LS3): select LS3/L99 square-port runners. 2006–2013 Corvette Z06, 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible, and 2014–2015 Camaro Z/28 (LS7): select LS7-specific runners. 1997–2004 Corvette Base (LS1), 2005–2007 Corvette Base (LS2), 2001–2004 Corvette Z06 (LS6), 1998–2002 Camaro Z28/SS and Firebird Formula/Trans Am (LS1), 2004–2006 Pontiac GTO (LS1/LS2), and 2004–2007 Cadillac CTS-V (LS6/LS2): select LS1/LS2/LS6 cathedral-port runners with compatible factory-style heads. Vehicle listings identify the engine family; hood, throttle-body, fuel-system and accessory-drive compatibility still require installation checks. V6 models, stock 2014-and-newer Corvette LT engines, and other Gen V LT applications are not covered by these LS intake choices.
