Carn Mor Benriach 2016 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 47.5% (700ml)

This 8-year-old Benriach was distilled in 2016 and bottled by Carn Mor as part of its independent single cask range. The whisky brings together Benriach’s soft, fruity spirit with the deeper influence of a sherry cask, creating a rich and rounded Speyside expression. The sherry maturation adds layers of dried fruit, sweetness and spice to the underlying malt character. With its balance of fruit, oak and gentle spice, this is a richer and more cask-driven whisky that sits comfortably alongside the waxy Clynelish and lightly peated Raasay in the collection.
