Each element was personally selected and coordinated by Fabio Scacciaferro to ensure that the precision of the preparation is left to chance. Two boilers for full control At the heart of the bundle is the Arkel Tide, a dual-boiler machine from the Arkel factory in Porto. A separate coffee boiler and a separate steam boiler operate independently of each other, so that full power is available for every brew.
