The Original Prusa CORE One L+ is the large-format enclosed CoreXY printer built for shops that are done cutting models apart and gluing them back together. You get a 300 × 300 × 330 mm build volume — about 29.7 liters, roughly double the CORE One+ — inside an actively heated 60 °C chamber, with plug-and-print setup and more than 200 validated material profiles. Unpack it, press Print, and the part on the bed is meant to be the finished product, not a prototype you have to hide the seams on. This is the L+ generation of Prusa’s proven CORE One L platform. Compared with the original CORE One L, the L+ adds an integrated nozzle wiper for cleaner print starts, new GT1.5 belts for smoother surfaces, and the latest firmware refinements. The Nextruder direct-drive extruder uses a 10:1 planetary gearbox and an all-metal hotend. A 0.4 mm Prusa brass high-flow CHT nozzle ships installed for throughput; a 0.4 mm abrasive-resistant nozzle is in the box for carbon- and glass-filled filaments. Nozzles swap without tools. Maximum nozzle temperature is 290 °C, or up to 400 °C with the optional HT hotend for PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, PPSU, and PPA-CF. The all-aluminum dual-loop AC heatbed holds temperature evenly across the large plate — within about 2 °C across most of the surface — up to 120 °C. LoadCell first-layer calibration and mesh leveling measure the real nozzle-to-sheet distance automatically. Automatic chamber vents open for PLA and PETG and close for high-temp materials, so large ASA, ABS, PC, and nylon parts stay flat instead of warping at the corners. Open materials policy: any brand of 1.75 mm filament, no chips, no lock-in, no subscriptions. Ready out of the box for PLA, PETG, flex, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, and PVB. With the optional Advanced Filtration System, add ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA, and other technical filaments that need cleaner air as well as heat.
