Boron is a chemical element with symbol B and atomic number 5. Boron is concentrated on Earth by the water-solubility of its more common naturally occurring compounds, the borate minerals such as borax, colemanite, and ulexite. THE ELEMENTS SERIES – our take on a collection of the essential colors of any writing ink collection. These fountain pen inks makeup a set of ‘simple’ colors, tasked with coloring the basic spectrum of pure colors. These chemistry-themed inks were our first foray into the ink world, and have stuck with us ever since. Handmade in Maryland.
