Vacation Vest Class (knit) 5 Sessions: 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 8/5 and 8/19 from 6:00- 8:00pm Instructor: Rachel Kieselburg Location: Strikke Yarn & Supply, Snohomish $140 Join us in knitting this breezy summer vest! This pattern is a great introduction to summer knits and working with plant based fibers. Experience: Advanced beginner Materials to Bring to Class: The Vacation Vest Pattern by Park Williams- available here: Vacation Vest Worsted weight yarn in amount needed per pattern for desired size. We recommend Sandnes Garn: Line US 8 & US 7 knitting needles; or size to obtain pattern gauge Other supplies as listed in pattern Homework: Knit and block a minimum 5x5" swatch in stockinette. Pattern gauge calls for 18 sts & 23 rows = 4". We recommend hanging the swatch to dry instead of laying flat. Class takes place in our new retail location at 1010 First Street, Snohomish, WA 98290 Doors will open 10 minutes before class starts. If you are purchasing products before class starts, please allow time to select materials and have the yarn wound.
