George Triggs was born in Alton, Hampshire in 1851. He enlisted on the 21st October 1868. He served at home to the 15th October 1875, West Indies to 28th February 1879, Malta to 5th October 1880, Cyprus to 8th September 1882, Egypt to 11th September 1885, home to 20th October 1989. Medal and clasp confirmed on the rolls and in his service record. Condition GVF usual pitting from a Khedives Star.
