This is a dedicated ceramic-coating maintenance service—not a replacement for paint correction or a complete interior and exterior detail. What’s Included Ceramic-safe hand wash using an appropriate pH-neutral soap Cleaning of wheels, tires and applicable coated surfaces Appropriate chemical and physical decontamination based on vehicle condition Cleaning of door jambs and accessible exterior areas Inspection of the existing ceramic coating and painted surfaces Preparation of qualifying coated surfaces Application of XPEL FUSION PLUS LITE to eligible surfaces Final inspection by a trained technician Annual Maintenance Process Vehicle Inspection We inspect the vehicle and evaluate the condition and performance of the existing XPEL FUSION PLUS coating. Ceramic-Safe Cleaning The vehicle receives an appropriate ceramic-safe exterior wash to remove loose dirt, grime and road film. Decontamination Appropriate decontamination is performed based on the condition of the vehicle and its coated surfaces. Coating Evaluation and Surface Preparation The existing coating and painted surfaces are evaluated and prepared for the maintenance application. XPEL FUSION PLUS LITE Application XPEL FUSION PLUS LITE is applied as the annual maintenance product and topper on qualifying surfaces. Final Inspection The completed vehicle receives a final inspection before delivery. Eligibility This service is available for qualifying XPEL FUSION PLUS coated vehicles, including: Vehicles originally coated by Detail Doctors Qualifying vehicles coated by another XPEL-certified installer The existing coating, vehicle condition and available installation information will be reviewed before service. Additional correction, repair or preparation is not included unless discussed and approved separately. Warranty note: XPEL’s current care instructions state that annual warranty inspections must be completed by the XPEL FUSION PLUS certified installer who applied the original coating. If another installer applied the coating, this maintenance service may not satisfy that warranty inspection requirement. Please confirm the applicable requirements with the original installer or XPEL before booking. Expected Service Duration This is an overnight service. The hands-on service time varies by vehicle size, as shown in the booking options. Drop-off and pickup arrangements will be confirmed during scheduling. Additional time may be required if the vehicle needs correction, repair or preparation beyond the annual maintenance service. Any recommended additional work will be discussed before it is performed. Warranty Information XPEL requires annual inspections during the applicable warranty period and states that they should be completed within 30 days before or after the installation anniversary. XPEL’s current care instructions direct owners to the certified installer who applied the original coating. This maintenance service does not create, renew, extend or independently validate warranty coverage. If the coating was installed elsewhere, please confirm the warranty-inspection requirements with the original installer or XPEL.
