Possibly the prettiest way to eat honey. Velvet Fields Amber Weave Honeycomb is pure Australian honey, still tucked inside its natural wax comb — golden, fragrant, gloriously sticky and completely ready to eat. Slice it onto a cheese board, spoon it over yoghurt or ice cream, serve it with fresh ricotta, blue cheese or a good aged cheddar, or simply attack it with a spoon. The delicate wax comb is completely edible and gives the honey a wonderful soft, chewy texture. It also happens to make a cheese board look spectacular with almost no effort at all.
