Our Shark Cartilage Minis are the smaller, finer variety — generally around 1cm thick or less, making them particularly good for smaller dogs. They’re thin, crunchy and naturally rich in chondroitin and glucosamine to support healthy joints and mobility. They’re also low in fat and incredibly lightweight, so you get heaps of chews in every bag. We also make a thicker version called Shark Cartilage! We source two different species of shark, giving us two naturally different styles of cartilage — our Minis are generally smaller and finer, while our regular Shark Cartilage is larger and thicker. What makes ours different We use export-quality Shark Cartilage from New Zealand, sourced from the same seafood supplier as our Hoki and Green Lipped Mussels. It arrives frozen, then we gently dehydrate it ourselves in small batches — not something bought pre-dried in bulk and repackaged. The result is a fresh, clean and crunchy chew that’s incredibly lightweight — so a bag goes a surprisingly long way.
