Dico Cushion Sewn - Medium Buffing Wheels

Made from 100% industrial-grade, untreated cotton cloth for long-lasting performance. Concentric circle sewing creates a natural “cushion” that helps hold buffing compounds evenly. Available in 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" face widths (thicknesses). Less aggressive than spiral-sewn buffs — a medium-grade buff ideal for intermediate polishing. More aggressive than flannel or single-row sewn buffs. Perfect for second-step “coloring” on most metals. For best results, use with Dico buffing compounds: • Stainless/Steel: White Rouge or Green Rouge • Copper/Brass/Aluminum: White Rouge • Plastics/Acrylics: Plastic Compound (Sky Blue) Always apply compound directly to the face of the spinning buff. Packaged buffs include a 1" arbor hole with 1/2" flanges included. Bulk buffs available with custom-punched arbor holes up to 1-1/4".
