Zesty lime is softened by smooth vanilla notes for a creamy citrus flavour. A crisp crystal shell gives way to a soft jelly centre. Vivid Candy crystal candy is kohakutou, the Japanese method of setting fruit syrup in agar and drying it slowly until a crisp sugar shell forms over a soft jelly centre. Every piece is handmade in small batches in Brisbane. Plant based and gluten free. Ingredients : Sugar, water, agar-agar powder, Lime oil, Vanilla flavours(almond oil), colours, edible lustre dust.
