Paperback. Starogubski Press. 1974. good condition. In 1971, Bonnie Bluh left the United States in search of European feminists in Ireland, England, Holland, France, Italy and Spain. In Ireland she spoke with women who brought contraceptives from the north to the south. In Italy she marched with Italian feminists in the First Abortion march. In Spain she was followed by Franco's people and had to go undercover. Combining an understanding of social issues influencing the European feminist movements with personal experiences sparked the process of awareness in Bluh and the women she talked with. The book reads like a novel at the same time that it informs.
