Chocolate Cherry Chip Scones - one time only

Gorgeous Mexican chocolate with hints of cinnamon and creaminess packed into a flaky, rich, BIG scone. A scone in memory of one of the most impactful people in my life... who called them biscuits. Raw cacao, melty chocolate... not too sweet, and perfect warmed up with a cup of tea, coffee, or as-is. Trust us, they are sublime! Since cherries are in bounty we just HAD TO make the most delicious end-of-summer scones loaded with vanilla beans, and puddles of chocolate.
