This set contains 20 mini foam pads for the blending tool. The tool itself can be bought separately. This set is perfect when you need more foam than the four that come with the tool. For example, if you use a foam per color and avoid foam catching on multiple colors this way. The refill set with just foam comes with 20 foam pads.
