Frames to Vintage — Frames Workshop 1

Join me in the Cottage Atelier as we transform beautiful cast frames into collected, timeworn pieces inspired by vintage European décor. Frames to Vintage is a relaxed, approachable workshop designed for beginners through experienced creatives. We'll work with the IOD Frames Mould while exploring two beautiful finishing directions: a warm Cottage Autumn finish and an aged French, antique-gilt finish. We'll work through the creative process together—from preparing our frame castings and building layers of beautiful aged character to working with printed images and adding those final details that give a newly created piece the feeling of something gathered and kept over time. Your workshop will also include a curated collection of printable artwork to use with your frames and revisit in a variety of future creative projects. This isn't about rushing to the finish. It's an invitation to gather your supplies, experiment with beautiful finishes and enjoy the process of creating something uniquely your own.
