Its narrow profile allows it to operate close to walls, inside excavations and wherever larger equipment is difficult to use.Powered by a Honda GX100 engine, the RM40 delivers up to 2920 lb of impact force through a high-frequency tamping action. Power is transferred through the compact ramming shoe, concentrating each stroke into a small working area and helping create a firm, even base.
