Shrimp Frogs

8 bacon-wrapped, pepperjack serrano cheese-stuffed double shrimp, ready to fry, grill, or bake. (They just look like frogs!) Instructions Allow it to thaw in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for no more than two hours. Deep Fry: In your best oil at 350* until bacon is golden brown, crispy, and cooked throughout. About three minutes. (Until 145* internal temperature.) Charcoal Grill: Place over indirect heat in a char-grill and slow smoke for 20 minutes, turning every five minutes. Crisp Bacon over direct heat for 6 minutes, turning every two minutes. Serve with ranch dressing, sweet Thai chili sauce or cocktail sauce.
