Experience whiskey aging from the inside. We’re launching an exclusive grain-to-glass whiskey journey at Deep Roots Distillery⁠ USA — and only 15 spots are available. We’ll be filling two 15-gallon casks with our own new make whiskey recipe: 57% corn 15% wheat 28% barley One barrel will be a #3 char and the other a #4 char, but here’s the twist: you won’t know which is which until the final reveal. Join us as we turn new make whiskey into bourbon and see first hand how barrel char influences flavor over time. As part of your experience, you’ll: • Receive a whiskey scorecard to track each tasting and the whiskey’s evolution • Attend scheduled tastings throughout the aging process (attendance at every session isn’t required) • Participate in a blind side-by-side journey until the final reveal • Receive one bottle of the finished bourbon (when Deep Roots staff deems it complete) This isn’t just buying a bottle — it’s becoming part of the barrel’s history.
