Sewing Sewcial Club

Sewing Sewcial Club: Join us for a fun few hours of Sewcial time with other like minded Sewist. Have a project and need some guidance? This class is designed for those who already know how to sew/ handle a sewing machine but want to keep growing their skills. A sewing educator will be available during class times to help with your project needs and you’ll also get time to meet with other local sewists too! Please note, your instructor has a background in garment sewing, cosplay & costuming. She can help with Quilting basics but recommends reaching out to a local quilt shop for more expertise on this specific sewing subject General Rules/ Etiquette: While all supplies and materials are included in your class, please be mindful and careful with your use of Classroom supplies. Many students will have the chance to use these and we would like to preserve them for as long as we can for as many people to enjoy Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to class. Starting on time will allow us to make the most of our learning time and allow you to ensure your project can be finished in the allotted time Please keep food and drinks off the tables and away from the machines. Drinks with lids or seals are allowed but kept preferably away from your workstation We ask that you do not bring your own machine to our Sewing 101 or Sewing 102 classes. We want to make sure the machines are in operating order and will not cause any frustration to our students as they work through class. Feel free to bring your machine to Sewing Sewcial Hour if you would prefer but we will have machines available for use during class times If you have any questions, always feel welcome to raise your hand and ask.
