This is an independent bottling from Cooper's Choice. A rare and collectible bottling, which allows us to experience a slice of history. Colour: Pale gold with delicate straw tones and honeyed amber. Nose: Elegant florals and orchard fruit—green apple, pear, lemon zest—with honeyed sweetness, toasted almond, and subtle spice. Palate: Silky and mineral, with green apple and pear wrapped in honey. Sherry depth brings toasted almond, fig, and dark chocolate, with gentle oak structure and creamy mouthfeel. Finish: Citrus zest and orchard fruit with sherry warmth, dried fig and almond through vanilla-spiced oak, ending dry and mineral. Slight wear & tear on the box. Sold in "As Is" Condition.
