Ground Paleo Blend

Our Paleo Blend begins with 100% grassfed & finished beef, and no added antibiotics, hormones or GMOs. We add a mix of heart and liver to our 80/20 ground beef to create a 80:20 ground to organ meat ratio with an overall 85/15 lean to fat ratio. This is a delicious, nutrient-rich option perfect for eaters who follow a Paleo or Keto diet, or are looking to add extral nutrients--and none of the strong flavors associated with organ meats--to their burger or any other recipe calling for ground beef.
