A blend of 50% Sangiovese, 30% Montepulciano, 20% Malvasia Nera and 10% Alicante from the estate's oldest terroirs, this Montepeloso flagship matures 18 months in 40% new 400-litre barrels, followed by nine months in bottle before release. Ruby-colored with an intense, expressive nose, the 2015 Nardo shows brambleberry and dark plum fruit layered with earthy depth and fine-grained tannins. Silky yet powerful, it carries a long, balanced finish — a standout expression of coastal Tuscany's red-fruit terroir.
