Magnifico Epoxy Flooring Primer is a 100% solids, low-viscosity, two-component epoxy primer engineered specifically for industrial and commercial concrete flooring. Designed as Step 1 of the Magnifico High Performance Industrial Epoxy Flooring (HPIEF) System, it deeply penetrates concrete capillaries (2–4 mm) to eliminate outgassing, bind loose concrete dust, and create a powerful chemical and mechanical anchor that permanently prevents coating delamination. Mechanically prepare using diamond grinding or shot-blasting to achieve CSP 2–3 profile. Remove all oil, grease, curing membranes, and loose debris. Vacuum clean thoroughly. Proportioning & Mixing: Ensure ambient and substrate temperatures are between 15°C and 35°C. Weigh Part A and Part B in strict 2:1 ratio by weight. Mix using a slow-speed electric paddle mixer (300–400 RPM) for 2–3 minutes until homogeneous and streak-free. Never thin with solvents. Application: Pour mixed primer onto substrate and spread uniformly using a medium-nap roller, squeegee, or high-density brush at 5–8 m²/kg. Avoid puddle accumulation. Allow primer to fully absorb into concrete micropores. Curing & Overcoating: Allow 8–10 hours dry time at 25°C.
