Festive Indulgent Yarn Day Workshop - November 14th

Pamper yourself on our festive one day yarn retreat at Ida's House Wool School and Squisito. The day starts at 10.30 with a welcome and meet each other over coffee and Caroline's home made short bread which was a high spot on our last retreat! The day runs from 10.30 to 4.30 on 14th of November This time we are making the rectamgular Kuno Cushion designed by Anne Ventzel knitted in Filcolana Peruvian Yarn. We will have a relaxed workshop where we show you how to cast in in the round and begin to get to grips with the linen stitch pattern. 1.30 -3.00 we break for a fabulous lunch with wine at Squisito. For those of you who have yet to try their food you are in for a treat. After lunch we will head back to the Wool School for more chatting and knitting, your tutors will be onhand to pick up any dropped stitches and answer any questions. The cost of your fabulous day includes everything you will need to make the cushion. A copy of the pattern, 5 balls of peruvian yarn in two colours of your choice , plus a cushion pad and neeedle. Our Indulgent Yarn Day is one of many knitting workshops that we hold at our Wool School in Lewes.
