Never full range. A compression driver wired straight to the amplifier does not survive. Use a crossover, or at the very least a capacitor in series. Do not cross below 500 Hz. 500 Hz is the lowest frequency this driver is rated for. Going under it, at any power, is the fastest way to tear the diaphragm. Do not go below 4 ohm per channel. 4 ohm is the minimum load. Two drivers in parallel on one channel give 2 ohm: most amplifiers will heat up or go into protection. Aim the horn, then bring the gain up slowly. Point it at the listener and raise the level step by step.
