Oktoberfest Daylily

Oktoberfest Daylily 'Oktoberfest' daylily brings the fun! Nicely shaped blooms are a quite large at 5 3/4" and easily seen since they're not only large, but pretty bright, too! Bold blooms in a red-orange blend with red eye above orange throat sit atop scapes well over 3' tall in our East Tennessee garden. Just beautiful! As an early to mid season bloomer, we begin to see the bold and bright blooms of Oktoberfest around the first of June. If you live to our north, you'll see them a bit after we do. If you live to our south, you'll notice them a couple of weeks before us. Nice rebloom means you’ll see these gorgeous blooms off and on throughout the season. Oktoberfest is a semi-evergreen daylily. That means it can be grown in gardens across the country. We love to see Oktoberfest paired with dark, deep purple daylilies. It also looks fabulous when planted with soothing lavender and bold gold double daylilies. Stunning!!
