The Macallan Carta Nautica 105 Proof Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Macallan Carta Nautica 105 Proof is a Highland single malt Scotch Whisky shaped by a distinctive journey across the Atlantic. Matured in a trio of cask styles, including sherry seasoned American oak, bourbon casks, and bourbon casks finished in sherry seasoned American oak, it delivers layers of nougat, vanilla, honeycomb, almond brittle, and lemon drizzle. At 52.5% ABV, the palate develops into rich toffee, golden syrup, poached pear, green apple, and candied orange, followed by malt biscuit, citrus peel, and gentle oak spice. Enjoy it neat to appreciate its full depth, or add a small splash of water to open its complex character.
