Rapid Barrel Burs

Single Use Dental Burs in the Barrel Shape Rapid barrel burs are sterile, single use FG diamond burs with a rounded, barrel-shaped head: wide in the middle and softly curved at both ends. Each bur comes out of the pack ready for the handpiece, with fresh diamond for every patient. A pack holds 25 burs of one ISO size and grit. What the Barrel Shape Is Used For The curved sides reduce broad surfaces without leaving sharp edges: Crown preparation Occlusal contouring Specifications Shape Barrel Shank FG (friction grip, high speed) Abrasive Diamond Supplied Sterile, single use Pack size 25 burs ISO sizes 039-033, 039-037 Grit Coarse How to Choose Size and Grit 039-033 is the smaller head, and 039-037 is the larger one for wider reduction. Coarse grit reduces fast. The colour band on the bur confirms the grit. Choose both sizes in the selector if you switch between premolars and molars. Tips for Best Results Roll the bur along the surface rather than pressing flat. Use water spray and light pressure. Discard after one patient. Do not reprocess a single use bur. Why Single Use Dental Burs A fresh barrel bur for every patient means even cutting across the whole head, from the first case to the last.
