The Magic of Elderberry: Immune Support Workshop - September 27th at 1:00pm

There’s wisdom in every berry. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll celebrate the potent, time-honoured elderberry - from its rich history in traditional herbalism and folklore to what modern research has to say about this much-loved botanical. Together, we’ll simmer, stir, and craft small-batch elderberry syrup infused with raw honey and warming spices like ginger, cinnamon, clove, and black pepper. You’ll also learn to make elderberry gummies - a fun and delicious way to enjoy elderberry at home. Along the way, we'll dive into elderberry's traditional uses, fascinating folklore, preparation methods, and some of the clinical research surrounding elderberry and immune health. You'll leave not only with finished preparations, but with the recipes and knowledge to confidently make them again at home. Expect a cozy, hands-on afternoon at The Green Goddess Studio, filled with berries, spice, herbal wisdom, and plenty of practical learning.
