Our Raw A2 Pepper Jack is aged for 60 days and blended with organic hot peppers, balancing the creamy texture of Jack cheese with a lively, spicy finish. Made from raw A2A2 milk from 100% grass-fed cows raised on small regenerative farms, this cheese is crafted using traditional animal rennet and cultured with care. Our cows are never fed grain and are rotationally grazed on diverse pastures, eating a natural, grass-based diet. A blend of organic hot peppers is folded into the Jack cheese to give it a different flavor profile from our jalapeño-specific variety. Naturally rich in protein and calcium, this cheese suits both snacking and cooking. Shred over tacos, rice bowls, and chili, or add to warm sandwiches and freshly cooked burgers.
