G&T

The G&T is everything you need for a proper non-alcoholic G&T: UNDONE No. 2 London Dry Juniper NOT GIN (700ml) and a full 750ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water. Real London dry gin, dealcoholized, so the juniper and citrus peel are still there when the tonic hits. Thomas Henry brings crisp quinine bitterness and a dry finish. The 750ml bottle pours about six G&Ts. The pour: 2 oz UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN, 4 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water, a tall glass full of ice, grapefruit peel.
