Flat Mug

This low and wide mug helps hot drinks to cool swiftly and evenly. Ideal for a mug of tea or soup to warm the hands and soul. Each mug is handmade in Japan with a subtly mottled, satin glaze in one of three earthy tones. The natural clay peeks through at its base. Although the mugs have a contemporary design, they have been made using traditional and local Japanese techniques.
