You will gain a solid understanding of the principles of fascia and learn how to apply them creatively within your own teaching style. The course is highly practical, with extensive hands-on experience throughout the training. During the course you will learn: * The science of fascia * Fascial anatomy * How fascia adapts to load * Fascial movement principles * Practical movement sessions * Class programming and application * Integrating fascial concepts into your own teaching Assessment Following the course, you will be required to complete 30 hours of practical teaching in an environment of your choice. To complete your certification, you will: * Teach a practical assessment class with a minimum of five participants. * Complete an in-person written theory examination.
