Conversion to Fi Collar

If you accidentally ordered a non-Fi-Ready collar and need a Fi-Ready collar, we can convert an unworn collar for a $15 reprint fee plus the $9 price difference between the two items. If you are unsure what size you need, we are happy to help! Contact us at service@stuntpuppy.com. Send the collar back in to us using the shipping method of your choice (we do not provide the shipping label) to the address below and we’ll make it Fi-Ready and ship it back to you. Be sure to include a note with your order number. Your order number will be in the confirmation email you receive immediately after you complete checkout. This is generally completed within five business days. Please note: This is not a physical product and nothing will be shipped to you upon purchase. This is a service for resizing a previous purchase from Stunt Puppy that you must mail back to us to be resized.
