Benzyl alcohol

Benzyl alcohol is a professional additive for epoxy resins, designed to regulate their viscosity and improve application properties. It is used to dilute Propox Clear epoxy resin to facilitate its spreading and increase flowability when embedding 300g/m2 fiberglass mat during substrate lamination. It allows adjusting the consistency of the material to the type of surface and application conditions, making it easier to achieve a uniform, aesthetic coating. PACKAGING Benzyl alcohol is supplied in 20kg or 5kg containers. PROPERTIES Reduces the viscosity of epoxy resins. Improves flow and self-leveling of the material. Facilitates application. Increases wetting and penetration of absorbent substrates. Allows for adjusting resin consistency depending on the application. Compatible with Propox Clear epoxy systems. DOSAGE Recommended dosage 5–10%
