Place: Burgundy, France Variety: Pinot Noir, Gamay Farming: Sustainable Domaine Taupenot-Merme is a historic family estate based in Morey-Saint-Denis, today led by siblings Romain and Virginie Taupenot. Working across some of the Côte de Nuits’ great vineyards, their thoughtful, traditional approach produces Burgundy defined by purity, elegance and a clear expression of site. The Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is an equal blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. Dark cherry and raspberry are layered with violet, orange peel and gentle spice. Juicy and energetic, bright acidity and fine, lightly grainy tannins carry the palate through a fresh, crunchy and beautifully drinkable finish.
