Sundial Shell Pocket Talisman

A small Sundial shell, a little bigger than a quarter: a flat coil of cream, caramel and chocolate bands with a spiral you can follow all the way to its centre. Made to carry as a pocket talisman. In Sacred Crystals' Teaching Look at the face of a Sundial shell and you are looking at one of the oldest shapes in sacred geometry: a spiral that grows outward while keeping its form. It is the shape people connect with the golden ratio and the Fibonacci sequence, the pattern in sunflower seeds, pinecones and seashells, and echoed in the arms of spiral galaxies. It is often called the building blocks of the universe. Turn it over and the inner spiral climbs in steps, like the tiered tower of a Hindu temple. Even its scientific name, Architectonica, means master builder. Builders and artists have looked to these proportions for centuries, and this little shell carries that same blueprint in the palm of your hand. In modern practice the spiral is a symbol of growth, cycles and the turning of time. Carry it as a pocket talisman when you want to remember that every step outward is still connected to your centre. What Makes This Piece Shell: Sundial (Architectonica) Size: small, a little bigger than a quarter Pattern: a tight spiral in cream, tan and brown bands Sold individually, you receive one About the Shell Sundial shells come from small sea snails that live in warm, sandy seas. Each turn of the spiral is a season of the snail's growth, laid down one band at a time. Underneath, the open centre of the coil spirals deep into the shell, which is what gives it that temple-tower look. Care Shell is soft. Keep it out of water and away from salt, perfume, lotion and household cleaners, and store it apart from harder stones. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth. Cleanse it with sage, sound or moonlight. A Note on Your Selection Every shell is natural, so colour, pattern and size vary from piece to piece. You will receive one shell similar to the ones pictured, chosen with care and intention by a Sacred Crystals caretaker. We trust the right piece will find its way to you.
